The key looks just like the factory original. It was very easy to program. It did not come with directions, but it came with a phone number to the company's support service. They were very quick to e-mail me directions. As far as programming, it took no more than a minute. I have been using it for about a week now and have had no problems whatsoever. Saved me lots of money - the dealer wanted $140 for the key and $20 to program.
