2nd Customer Review : Doesn't work with a "Clifford Matrix 10" alarm.
Doesn't work with my alarm a Clifford Matrix 10 by performing the programming instructions that came with it, but to be truthful I did not really believe it would without taking the car to a shop and having them program using a computer. Worked great as a replacement shell

It looks like the right unit but the programming directions are for something else. Can't find any help online that works either.
