Really impressed with this vendor's service! Due to a fluke - my car is a 2005, but its keyless entry was made in 2004- I had to exchange the original product shipped. Not only did they agree to not charge me for the additional cost of the correct part, but also they must have shipped the replacement within minutes of recceiving my return. The swap took less than four business days - and I'm in CA; they're in NJ!

2nd Customer Review : Worked But No On My Car
I gave this 5 stars because the remote does work, but just didn't work on my Mercury. My Grand Marquis didn't have keyless entry... I kinda figured that all the newer cars would have it, but I was wrong. I gave the remote to my buddy and it works fine on his g/f Ford.
