2nd Customer Review : Couldn't be easier
Received my keyless remote today for a 2004 Maxima. Got it as an extra to the one original remote I have remaining. I programmed mine by inserting the key in the ignition and removing it six times within 30 seconds. At that time, the car will emit two signals (listen carefully). I then pushed a button (any button) on the new remote and heard a signal from the car that indicated it was receiving the remote. It works. They both do. Took less than a minute. This is a great deal. You cannot go wrong. A toll free number is provided to customer support in case you're having trouble programming the remote. They will talk you through the programming process while you're in your vehicle. However, it shouldn't be necessary. The instructions that come with the unit are very straight forward and uncomplicated.
