1st Customer Review : New Alarm as described!
My old Viper died. I went to Best Buy and this alarm was $299 which included installation which I did not need. This was my first purchase on Amazon, and I was amazed at the price, skeptical of what I would get. It was a brand new alarm, original packaging. After 10 years, I only needed to rerun the shock sensor which had a different connector, and install the brain in place of the old one! Works like a charm! Thank you!

2nd Customer Review : THIEVE's BEWARE
Good car alarm with loud siren and expandable. Hard to self-install if you don't have any electrical/audio experience but you can install in 1/2 day if you are somewhat mechanical (depending of vehicle). I like the blue flashing light to let would-be thieves know it's armed. Shock sensor is pretty sensitive but adjustable and key FOB have good range. Overall this is a very good system with expandable capabilities
3rd Customer Review : Best alarm out there for 60 Bucks!!!
I Have this unit in my Civic. I can say that it's more than perfect for a basic alarm. The siren can be made louder by cutting a black wire and boy, you can hear it from inside you house. It will definitely scare away the thieves! The warning chirps are 10 chirps, and IT DOES attract attention.
Either way, if you have this Alarm properly installed in your car, Thieves probably will not want to even F*** with it.
Also, the Blue LED light it amazing, you can see if the car is armed easily at night just by looking at windshield!
a Must buy alarm. VIPER, you did it again!
The only downside is that it did not come with an HOODPIN switch, I had to buy one @ about 10 bucks.
But well worth it.
