This product was exactly as described. I lost my original remote and although it was not the same one, it worked just as described. The installation was very easy and took about 2 minutes by following the included instructions. The range on this remote is even better than my original and is about 1000 feet. Item arrived very fast and I couldn't be happier with it.
3rd Customer Review : Will make it work.
Received the key with no directions. Had no idea how to make it work. Called HiFi Audio Online and they said it is best to take it to the dealer or original installer of the remote start system. Fortunately my husband is handy and can figure it out but for the money you would be better to go back to the dealer or store who installed the original system. In my case I could have purchased this at Best Buy for $24.99 and that would have included installation. Wish I had known.
