1st Customer Review : ALL AROUND 5 STAR SERVICE
I ordered this product on a Wednesday, it showed up on the next Wednesday and was in it's original packaging and even placed in a plastic baggie for extra protection?... I don't know. Now, to find a video on how to program it to my system.... I would recommend this company and product to anyone looking for an extra remote to their Python 991 or 951 system.

I ordered and received a DEI Python 7752P remote the first one I received was dead on arrival talked to customer service and sent it back the second one came with a note that it had been checked and charged I matted it to my system and it works just like the orginal Customer service is A1 and shipping was very timelly and fast

Last year I got my wife a vehicle alarm mostly for the remote start and had it professionally installed. Naturally, I got stuck with the extra remote (short range, 1 way). The tabs holding the battery cover broke off just from normal wear and duct tape would not hold it secure, so I went for the upgrade for a replacement. It is so nice to have the range and feedback so you know if the doors are locked and the engine is running.
