Before selecting this product from Amazon I called the Chevrolet dealer to find out how much would it cost, the price at the dealer was nearly $100 more that what I paid at Amazon. The remote works just like the original that came with the car. The quality of the material (casing) and the functions are the same as the original.

I know it is not in the picture, or offered with it, but I kind of wish it came with the little ring that makes it easier to attach to the bigger key ring.

I was very impressed with this product. The price was great. About 3 yrs after I bought my car, my remote messed up. I went to the dealer ship and it ended up costing me around $140.00. Thank you for your help... Carolyn Langley
